Vanraj beams. Has Babu ji taken his medication, Anupama asks? Indeed, says Babu Ji. Yashdeep promises Anupama would take any action to establish her innocence and that he will take the food critic to court. Babu ji claims that is a mistake made by the food reviewer; if she had given it some time, none of this would have happened. Anuj adds, “I don’t know why the food critic was rushing to tell the media, when I told her to give sometime.”
He declares that he would not leave that individual, who is also linked with Rahul and Gulati. Anupama comments, “I have no doubt that Spice and Chutney will open once more and reach new heights.” When will it reopen, Yashdeep wonders, and will you work here then? Silence from Anupama. Will you return to America, asks Yashdeep? What was your thought, Anuj asks, about going back to America? Think not, Aadhya says. I will go, Anupama says, “America.” Infuriated is Aadhya. A cheerful Anuj, Yashdeep, and Beeji. Everybody else becomes content as well. I came here to attend the wedding, not to run away, adds Anupama, and I will return to America.
She pledges to start over and fulfil her long-held aspirations from before Pakhi was born. She claims she has to travel there, live a happy life, and remind herself, “You have done it, Anupama.” Everybody applauds her, save Vanraj, Toshu, Pakhi, and Aadhya. Taking the trophy off the shelf, she declares, “I’m coming back to say Namaste America.” Clapping, Anuj gets to his feet. Aadhya loses it. Around her the children dance. “You have done it,” Babu ji responds. You rock, Kavya says to Anupama. Kids give Anupama hugs. Anapurna glances at Aadhya.
Thanking Kanha ji, Anupama adds that being penalised for something she did not do hurts. I gained amrit in Manthan, and I found the light amidst the gloom, I could breathe freely, thanks for retaining my confidence, she adds. You made everything fine. Looks at Anupama, Anuj. Tumhe apna banane ke kasam khaayi hai… music plays.Thinking back to her love confession, he approaches her. Anuj, she says…Kanha ji is another person Anuj prays to.
You are here, says she. Rear of you, Anuj says. Do you still not see in my eyes, he asks? I had no idea the truth would surface so quickly, Anupama says. With Kanha ji’s blessings, she says, everything would be great now and thanks him for always sticking with her.He says, “You could have said this looking at me, even today after five years, I couldn’t see your tears and thought all the time, how to give you happiness.” I can see you crying, he continues, and I want the world to treat you with the same respect and affection.
He adds I used to believe that God is pleased with me when I saw you dancing while preparing dinner or when you would bounce and stroll joyfully on the road. I hope, he adds.Anupama says you can’t change the past and to not say it. We can, he claims, alter the present to alter the future.
Where did Pops disappear to after dropping me, Aadhya wonders? Thought she missed Devika’s call. She feels their marriage will bring them closer and believes Shruti will believe he went to Anupama. We cannot be selfish, Anupama argues. Anuj declares he would like to be selfish once. According to Anupama, we cannot be happy causing other people to cry. Their bodies are empty vessels where their souls emerge. Anuj will persuade everyone, including Aadhya, if she can declare once that she wants to come back to him.
Hugs from Anupama to him. Souls disappear from them. I shall burn these diyas, he replies. No use, Anupama claims. One diya, according to Anuj, is still blazing and it represents our potential for unity. It can never happen, Anupama says. Leave the temple they do. We have to go back and make things right, Anupama adds, after Dimpy and Titu get married. I will show Gulati, Anuj says, after speaking with my attorney. It’s late, he says, so I’ll drop you off. Leave it, says Anupama; everything will work out. Sitting in the car, she drives off.
Baa and Babu ji groan and complain of leg pain. Is this a brand-new tune, Pari wonders. No, we are in agony, Baa says. The youngsters give their feet massages. It has made their day, says Babu ji. My daughter is shown to be innocent, he claims. Gulati, though, escaped, Baa adds. If your Baa was okay, Babu ji says, she would have brought Gulati and tugged his ears. Arriving there, Vanraj announces that he is leaving for office work.
Vikram and KD leave Anupama a message urging her to return shortly. Comes Devika, who informs her that she has reserved Yashdeep and Beeji a room at the hotel next to Shah House. That number was not found by my hacker friend, she claims. They will take his phone, she promises. Anupama claims he constantly carries his phone on his chest. Then we will follow him, Devika says. Will he tell you before leaving, Anupama asks? Meeting the Inspector, Vanraj obtains evidence against Titu. He believes he can destroy this marriage.
Ishu is made to drink the medication syrup by Babu ji. At once she passes out. Everybody visits that place. Tell Pakhi to stand up, Kavya says. Then she tells Anupama about Ishu over phone. Rushing Ishu to the hospital are VAnraj, Toshu, and others.
